This is more than just a camp; it’s a skills development programme using the fast-paced world of motorsport to equip young women in real life and career skills. As the founder of the camp, Fabienne shares insights into the increase in women in motorsport in South Africa. The encouraging reality of seeing more young girls coming up and making it on to the big stage, and just how skilled young girls and women are when it comes to motorsport.
We unpack the camp programme from karting to drifting, fitness and mental training, to mechanical and oil therapy, in-depth media training and vision boarding.
